We would like to invite you and your students to our Family Fun Farm. Grotto Gardens Family Fun Farm is located in Maple Creek Sask. We are an active hobby farm and have opened our gates for school tours for all ages.

We have baby goats for children to cuddle, sheep to pet, alpacas to feed, mini donkeys to visit, pigs to observe and more. The tour is very interactive, safe and engaging. Grotto Gardens family Fun Farm will work with teachers to accommodate their curriculum throughout the tour.

Learn. Laugh. Discover.

Our Farm, Your Tour.

Grotto Gardens Family Fun Farm provides a farm tour where kids pet and feed friendly farm animals, all while learning about the different animals farmed here in Saskatchewan.

For example, students learn about animals and their life cycles and purposes in agriculture, the characteristics of an alpaca, what is a nubian goat and Nigerian dwarf goat, how to tell what color of egg a chicken lays, the cross on our mini donkeys back and what legend tells us this represents.

Be Prepared. We Are A Farm.

Grotto Gardens Fun Farm is fully insured and permitted. We have easy access to the yard for buses and have a large parking area. There is food on site, a bakery, washrooms, hand washing and grassy areas for students to eat lunch.

We ask that students wear closed toe footwear, a hat and bring a water bottle. Apply sunscreen and bug spray before arriving. Please dress for the weather as the tour is outdoors. We have a gift shop with some items for sale for $10 and under.

Supervision from an adult is a must! Waivers must be signed by all parents to allow children to cuddle a goat and be amongst our animals.
